To celebrate CMG.ASIA’s 10th anniversary of “Making Life Better” in Vietnam, they are hosting the first ever LEEP ASIA. LEEP ASIA (Life Enhancement Expo/Performance) is an exhibition that will take place across three days, 18-20 August, and showcase the latest trends, technology and innovations related to the Life Enhancement industry.
The Celebrity Yogathon
The very first day of LEEP ASIA will include the Celebrity Yogathon. Thu Thuy, Phuong Trinh Jolie and Truong & Tim Quynh Anh, along with superstar international instructors, will lead people through a 2 hour session of balancing yoga. This all-levels yoga session is guaranteed to energise you for the day ahead and have you floating out of the class in bliss!

The Fitness Jamboree & Zumba Dance Fiesta

The morning of fitness will continue with the Fitness Jamboree, followed by the Zumba Dance Fiesta! The Fitness Jamboree will feature Les Mills favourites, BODYCOMBAT™ and BODYJAM™. These popular classes will have you punching, kicking and grooving your way to a higher level of fitness, along to today’s hottest tracks! Afterwards, the Zumba Dance Fiesta will get you dancing with moves from hip-hip, samba, salsa and mambo. Participants will also have a chance to try the all new STRONG by Zumba, a high intensity interval training class that combines classic Zumba with more traditional fitness moves for a more athletic, conditioning-style workout.
The LEEP Leadership Talks

The LEEP Leadership Talks will feature thought provoking speeches from some of the best and brightest in Life Enhancement. Each talk focuses on an emerging trend or innovation in the Life Enhancement industry and will be followed by a panel discussion. Speakers include Randy Dobson, Founder and Chairman of CMG.ASIA, Connor Nguyen, CEO of Saigon Heat and Tamer El-Guindy, President of MUSCLE CONTEST and 2-time Mr.USA.
The MUSCLE CONTEST
For the very first time in Vietnam, professional bodybuilders will have the chance to compete in the MUSCLE CONTEST, a bodybuilding institution since 1988! Men and women will compete for prizes worth over 200,000,000VND and the chance to represent Vietnam in the international version of the competition. Judges include Tamer El-Guindy, IFBB World Champion, and Ben Dell, founder of local fitness nutrition favourite Ben Style.
The Muay Thai Fight Night
The Muay Thai Fight Night promises to be an event packed with action and excitement as international fighters face off in the ring. 12 pro-am fighters from across Asia, including Vietnam, Thailand, China, Taiwan and Korea, will go head to head in 6 explosive matches. This event will also feature demonstrations from Muay Thai masters and Muay Thai Kids!
The Super X Prize Draw
One of the most highly anticipated events at LEEP ASIA is the Super X Prize draw. After months of anticipation, the winners of the Jaguar Prestige, 2 Ducati Monster 821’s and 4 Business Class trips to Europe on Turkish Airlines will finally be revealed!
